The importance of the liver & detox cannot be understimated. The liver has such a major role in the detoxicification process keeping the system clean. It can start to perform badly if overburdened by excess material build up.

Excess fats, protein, alcohol, medicines, toxins and hormones can cause issues. Sometimes the liver can be coated with a fatty layer around it known as 'fatty liver'. By supporting your liver's detox you avoid leading to a chronic disease in the long term.



Symptoms of a toxic liver :

  3. Brain Fog

  4. Joint pain -Fibromyalgia

  5. Oedema- swelling

Suggestions to detox the liver:




MY FAVOURITE LIVER DETOX SMOOTHIE RECIPE:


2 Bananas

1/2 Papaya cubed

1 Mango

1/2 cup of dragon fruit or 2 tablespoons of powdered red pitaya

1 celery stick

2 tablespoons of powdered blueberry

1/2 cup of water



Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add water to your ideal preference.
