Ditching the Fear once and for all

Think of Fear on a scale, the lower end may show as shame while the higher end may show as pure terror. But in between you have all these different emotions that are basically fear being expressed somewhat differently. By going within identify the fear, confronting it head we can make sense and peace with it. Avoidance will never solve the issue, tackle it with courage and willpower. Trust in yourself even if it feels like the world is crumbling down. What you’ll find is that your treasure trove is hidden within you, dying to be revealed, you have the strength to face any adversity. Allow yourself to learn from the experience or lesson, give yourself permission to breathe and live again. Accept what you can control and understand it and let go of what you can’t control. My parting word on this is don’t bottle it up, talk with your trusted friend or seek help through talk therapy or counselling. Never suffer in silence !!
